Divine Flow with Natalie Walstein

She is an indigenous entrepreneur, spiritual medium, teacher and lifetime student too. She emphasizes the importance of diversity and individuality in mediumship, and how it can lead to a more fulfilling and healing experience for both the medium and the client. Danielle and Erika also discuss their commitment to building capacity for the spirit world, and Danielle's efforts to restore balance to patriarchal spaces through her work at her teaching platform, Spirit School.

Find your Power in the Universe

In this episode Erika discusses power and how when we have self awareness and self love the need for traditional understanding of power (control) crumbles away.
Sitting in the Power is an old technique used by mediums as a meditation to find the light of the soul with in. The expansion of personal light, or power is a connecting force to the Universe around. When we tap into our own light source and expand that into the Universe many magical things happen.

Evolving Through Grief

It is inescapable. We live, we love and ultimately we lose. No matter who you are, or how amazing your life is- we are going to grieve the loss of someone we love. It is one of the guarantees in life, and yet, one of the hardest journeys that we take as a human. 
There is no fast fix for grief, there is no way around the emotions as they roll in and out sometimes with out warning. As mediums often we feel the grief a person is holding even before a session begins, as a grieving person often we don't know how to get through a day. 
This episode is with an amazing soul and somatic grief therapist, Wendy Black Stern. She has gone through her own traumatic and transforming experience as a grieving mother. Through these experiences she found a path forward and now helps other people moving through grief find themselves again.

Cindy Kaza is so lovely! She is down to earth, and an inspiring, dynamic person renowned for her work as a psychic and a medium world wide. Days after losing a childhood friend in a fatal car accident, Cindy woke up in the middle of the night to see her friend standing next to her bed. At the time, she dismissed this experience and convinced herself it was just a dream. It wasn’t until her early 20’s that she realized she was having psychic and mediumistic experiences all along. During this “awakening” she began searching for answers and reasons for her experiences and became aware of her multi-faceted abilities as a psychic medium.
